This 4D×51mm acrylic staple fiber is specifically designed for nonwoven applications. The 4D denier provides excellent bulkiness and resilience, while the 51mm length ensures optimal fiber cohesion and web-forming uniformity during nonwoven processing. It is an ideal raw material for high-loft filling, filter materials, and synthetic leather base fabrics.
